Statutory Compensation (Bedroom Leak): We appeal our housing association landlord's decision to award Newham Council for our Right to Repair and Distress and Inconveniences

Part 1 (9 March 2015): Bedroom leak first reported to Family Mosaic Housing Association on 25 September 2014: Will we have to wait another 5 months for the repair of a 5-foot fracture over our heads?




Compensation awarded to cover for the delay in completing this repair:

£50.00 Right to Repair
£175.00 Distress and Inconveniences (covering from the period this repair was raised on 25 September 2014 to when it was completed on 27 March 2015 at £25.00 each month)
Total £225.00
