Declan refused refund of £175 court fee

Having being refused a refund of the £175 Declan paid to Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County Court for an injunction against our live-in landlady, human rights activist Belinda McKenzie, Declan has been forced to write to the President of the European Commission, such has been his history with the agency responsible for the administration of the courts of England and Wales, Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS). We are waiting for an accelerated possession order from the same court and are deeply concerned we are going to be denied our right of appeal by HMCTS - in the previous blog I explained that a district judge is going to have to break the law to grant Belinda the accelerated procedure for possession of our flat. Declan already has HMCTS before the Parliamentary Ombudsman for maladministration in June 2011. This is his escalated complaint against HMCTS to President Barroso this morning:

MI5 whistleblower David Shayler lived for a couple of years in one of the rooms below us until 2007. It is unfortunate Shayler then declared that he was the Messiah, became a squatter, and was subsequently ridiculed in the press for changing his name to Delores Kane. As Declan points out in his recent complaint to the UN (paragraph 7), a New Statesman article dated 11 September 2006 featuring Shayler and Belinda gives no indication that Shayler believed he was the Messiah at that time; whilst a Daily Mail interview with Shayler explicitly shows he believed himself to be Jesus by June 2007.

Belinda is involved in many human rights causes. Here she lists a few of them, including "miscarriages of justice in Family Courts":
